At 1432 Blake Street THESPORTSBOOK will be a place offering food America loves to eat Bar Grub and Comfort Food.

Comfort food has always been the staple of diners and other informal restaurants, as well as home cooking. Favorite home-made comfort foods in the US include meatloaf, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, fried chicken, chicken noodle soup, bacon, BBQ ribs, pizza, ice cream, chocolate cake, cheesecake. Many creative mixes of foods have emerged that people term as comfort foods. One recent development, however, as chefs have explored the roots of American cuisine and tried to define it as a unique style, is the advent of fine dining comfort food restaurants that feature more careful cooking and presentation, higher quality and fresh organic ingredients, and consequently, higher prices.

Rethinking typical Bar Grub and Comfort Food, THESPORTSBOOK features an American sport bar menu that includes something for everyone. We have Bar Grub made with a twist such as Truffle Parmesan Popcorn, Homemade Mac and Cheese Nuggets, Mini Short Ribs Beef Tostado, and Mini Barking dogs (3) (Chicago, New York or Denver toppings). Our offerings of Comfort Food include Tortilla Soup, BLT Baby Iceberg Wedge, “Knife & Fork” Bbq Brisket Sandwich, PBR Fish and Chips, Colorado Brewers Meatball, and Petite Tender Steak Peppercorn. We will also offer daily specials called Daily Gourmet such as Chicken Pot Pie, Shrimp and Cheesy Grits, and Beer Bratwurst with German style Sauerkraut to name a few. For the sweet tooth we will showcase the classics with Cheesecake, Pecan pie, Chocolate cake and Float and cookies. The unique take on tried-and-true favorites are sure bets to please every palate by fusing local ingredients with unique flavors to produce creative offerings.

Traditionally, there has been an emphasis on authenticity and lower cost. We hope to do that at THESPORTSBOOK, now we welcoming you to come and try it. Let us know if you have a favorite and we may bring it in the starting line up (our menu)
